Here is what is in place so far.
- Join the Roxborough Reserve Homeowners Facebook Group that Autumn Homza #32 created for the community.
- If you use WhatsApp, share your cell number with Christine who has created a list for Roxborough Reserve.

Changes to Your Property
The updated ACC/ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form is available to download via this link. Be sure to let your representatives know when you upload it to the CINC portal so we can be on the lookout and ensure it doesn't get waylaid.
Note that the form includes the accepted fence and storm door options.
Important Reminder About Certificates of Insurance: The ARC/ACC form requires that you submit a Certificate of Insurance for contractors doing work on or in your property. The reason is that the HOA can be named in a lawsuit if someone is injured on the job. The Certificate of Insurance protects you the homeowner as well as the HOA.

You'll find volunteers during that time erecting barricades and helping divert traffic during busy toad-crossing evenings, saving hundreds of toads from being hit by cars.
