Christine B. Whittemore has written about the in-store and online customer experience for several industry publications.
In the flooring industry, she was a columnist for Floor Covering Weekly, a Hearst Publication and a premier flooring industry trade publication, from early 2006 until mid-2012. The name of her column was "Flooring the Consumer".
She contributes to Floor Trends, Floor Covering News, to MarketingProfs and the Content Marketing Institute.
It began when Kim Gavin, Executive Editor, interviewed Christine in 2005 about marketing to women and the retail experience, two topics at the heart of Flooring The Consumer, her personal business blog.
